Monte Verde Villas, which are part of the contemporary Monte Verde community tower above La Manga Club in Spain. Set high on the rolling Murcian hills they have some of the best views afforded by the entire area. The vistas from your private terraces stretch far out across the Mar Menor Lagoon and on to the sparkling waters of the Mediterranean. This lofty position also means that Monte Verde Villas are some of the most peaceful and private at the Club, giving you space to relax and enjoy the serenity found in this uniquely beautiful part of Spain.
Although Monte Verde is set above most of the communities at La Manga club it still manages to be centrally positioned so that you can easily stroll to any of the 28 differing tennis courts, the childrens club, shops, banks, bars and restaurants. Monte Verde however is best suited to individuals with cars making life easier and the golf courses more accessible.
There is the choice of two outdoor pools and an indoor heated swimming pool with a large Jacuzzi area. Monte Verde is a popular choice with holiday makers, as the properties are perfect for use throughout the entire year.

These spacious luxury villas have spectacular views even from the living and dining room, as well as from the full-width balcony and from the large roof terrace. The villa comprises, entrance hall, cloakroom, fully fitted kitchen and large lounge and dining room, each with patio doors to the balcony, from which steps lead to the roof terrace. There are two, three or four king/double/twin bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes, and two or three luxury bath/shower rooms.
