This luxury Monte Verde villa with private swimming pool is set high on the hill side with the most spectacular panoramic views of the La Manga Club resort, La Manga del Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea. This new luxury detached villa benefits from its own private swimming pool, although guests may also choose to use one of the 2 outdoor or 1 indoor community pools. This property has fabulous views and offers spacious accommodation for families or friends.
The entrance to the property gives access to a hallway, which leads through into the spacious air conditioned dining room with adjoining living room. From the dining room, there is a breakfast bar through to the modern kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer. From the dining room, doors lead out to the terrace area which has a barbeque and outdoor dining facilities. From here you have great views over the resort and to the Mar Menor beyond.
The living room has a high ceiling which gives a very light and airy feel to the room. There is a fireplace, satellite TV and telephone. Doors lead from the living room to the outside terrace. From the terrace, stairs lead up to the private solarium from where you have exceptional views, or stairs go down to the terrace and pool area. There is also an additional cloakroom facility on the ground floor.
From the hallway, stairs lead down to the 4 air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double if preferred, and an en-suite full bathroom with additional walk-in shower and twin wash basins. Patio doors lead out to the terrace and pool area. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and an en-suite shower room, and patio doors leading out to the terrace and pool. Bedrooms 3 & 4 both have twin beds and share use of the additional separate shower room. |
