The windmills of Los Molinos give the white washed villas a really nice feel and we enjoyed our time around the large pool which also has a kiddies pool and snack bar, the only one of its kind apparently at La Manga Club. The villas are spread out amongst the pretty gardens and it does not matter too much where you are as the pool is walkable within minutes. Some villas have a number of steps to access them and some are more on the flat.
The villas are of a good size and have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. The terrace off of the lounge has a built in BBQ which we used most days.
I have to say that the spa building is quite wonderful, with super facilities and quite stunning views out across La Manga Club. The treatments are quite expensive but a massage or facial will also allow you to use all the facilities, gym and pool. Make sure you take a look and treat yourself during your stay.
Have being going to La Manga Club for the last 10 years and have always had a great holiday. Have stayed in loads of different accomadations and they have all been 5 star. La Manga club has everything you could want for a relaxing holiday, which is what I like.
There is plenty to keep you busy if that's what you want: golf, tennis, cycling, plenty of treatments in the spa.
We had an amazing holiday in La Manga. We were very impressed by the facilities and made the most of the beautiful pools, tennis courts and fabulous spa.
I had a couple of treatments which were divine.
It is rather expensive to eat out here but having a supermarket onsite with reasonable pricing made the holiday more affordable.
Eating out is a treat with a number of restaurants to choose from - Tapas to a high-end restaurant in the hotel. I would thoroughly recommend a holiday here.
Our view between the hills looking down on the Mar Menor, set the scene for the early summer weather to bathe our delightful terraces in sunlight at the villa, the cool spots in shadow in the afternoon allowed those of us less accustomed to the sun, to venture into the shade and cool down.
Our delightful property was well maintained cool, luxuriously furnished and equiped with everything a home from home should have. clean and well maintained it was a joy to stay in. Throughout the complex the customer service was exemplary and everyone leapt to your service with a welcoming smile. I have recomended the resort to my friends and relatives, customers and suppliers alike. The Golf courses were in superb condition and the reservation centre helped us with choice of clubs, shoes buggies and even which course to play.
The choices of restaurants and bars left you with a dilemma each evening as we experienced one, we wanted to try another but oh so wanted to go back a second time to the previous one to experience the cuisine we enjoyed so much. We ran out of time to visit all of them, there were special little places for breakfast and we found one cafe and never changed, we felt like part of their family for the week.
An afternoon, walk, tennis, Golf, Spa, or the pool, we did not need to venture out of the complex, restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, shopping and banks on site distanced us from the world outside and brought us into the world of La Manga inside. We have been back several times, it is now a first choice holiday place for us.
We have just returned from a 7 night break staying in the Las Reinas villa. As part of our package my wife and I booked into the tennis academy course along with our son. We also took advantage of some of the activities available on the club eg golf and spa treatments. We thought that the activities were reasonable priced for the level of service provided. Everyone we met was very helpful and friendly and their English was very good. The resort was very well maintained. We tried a number of the restaurants many were owned and managed by the hotel and would certainly return. A car is necessary if you wish to venture outside of the resort and explore the La Manga area as a public transport system is non-existent. As far as the villa is concerned the location was superb, within a stones throw of the tennis centre and childrens club. It was an extremely high specification villa, as you would expect from one of the higher priced villas on La Manga Club.
