La Manga is a great resort for families, with lots of activities available for all ages. We stayed at Los Naranjos, next to the tennis centre, which was ideal for us. All neighbouring villas were families with children of similar ages, which meant the kids all played together in the central pool.
The swimming pool was a bit deep, 1.2 metres to 2 metres, though we also had access to the pool at the tennis centre which had toddler/childs pool.
The villa and all pools were very clean and kept to a good standard and the supermarkets had everything we could need and were very well stocked.
We walked everywhere as we were so central. It took around ten minutes to walk to Bellaluz square, though there are a few steep hills. Also walked to the cliff top at the private beach (took 20 minutes), but definitely need a car to reach the beach - dusty long, winding road with no pavement.
The prices for golf and tennis, as well as eating in most restaurants are on the high side, but we felt the standard was such it was worth it.
One recommendation would be to advertise better the activities. The online application did not detail everything. Definitely will go again, but next time will rent a car.

Would have no hesitation in recommending the Appt we rented. Excellent service, clean and of a good standard throughout.
Would have been good to have more information about restaurants /beaches in the locality
Booked on Thursday travelled on Sunday and that was in August!!
Have been to La Manga Club several times in the past, however never in high season - August.
Arrived at Murcia airport on the early flight from Gatwick, which meant that we were in resort by 10.00am had already advised and as the properrty was already vacant we were able to get keys and settle in straight away. We had booked a Golf Bungalow and all prior information was completely correct.
The Bungalow is obviously continually being maintaned to a very high standard with every conceivable requirement available within the property, especially notable was the air-conditioning that was very efficient in the August heat. The poperty was very well cleaned on arrival with plenty of towels and beach towels available. Beach towels are a must in property now when the airlines are so strict on weight limits on luggage as taking towels can be costly.
My family would all highly recommend a Golf Bungalow to many family and friends as it is in a great location for all activities, right on the golf course, short walk to tennis courts and the pool being right in front of your property.
Obviously the golf courses and the tennis courts are the major features of this resort and they were as always excellently maintained. The many bars and restaurants are of a good standard, giving a good variety if you do not want to venture out of the resort. During this trip we visited Si, Luigis, Asia, & the American Diner - Uncle Sams. We also choose to go out to Cabo de Palos a couple of times as well as go along the road to the two local restaurants La Rusticana & Maribel that are also very welcoming and well worth visits.
A holiday to La Manga Club is great with a short flight from the UK and a quick trasfer from Murcia Airport, recommend to all who are looking for a high standard of property, location and facilites.

I visit la manga club every year in june, this year it was amazing. Bellaluz square was buzzing and vibrant. Our apartment overlooked the square and we could soak up the atmosphere.. One night there was flamenco dancing and another an amazing male singer. The restaurants were busy and the varied food amazing. There was a veterans tennis tournament that week and the tennis centre had a lovely exciting feel to it. The courts were as spectacular as ever and the eating places were amazing. Listening to the waves whilst savouring the delicious, fresh fish at la cala on the beach was a memory I'll never forget.
