Centrally located at La Manga Club La Colina offers very high quality accommodation in beautifully built two bedroom apartments.
La Colina was designed in 1999 in a traditional two story traditional Spanish Colonial style, with red terracotta tiled roofs, large outdoor terraces and the iconic tall chimneys of customary fire places and outdoor built-in Barbeques. This small well planned community offers comfortable and contemporary accommodation, beautifully landscaped tropical gardens with mature date palms, large private terraces in which to soak up the sunshine and all combined with an air of exclusivity and elegance.
La Colina apartments and duplexes have spacious open plan living rooms, with well equipped kitchens complete with oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine, many have separate utility rooms. There is a formal dining area and large outdoor terrace with al fresco dining furniture, built in barbeque and sun loungers.
The master bedrooms have king size beds with ample storage and en-suite facilities; Whilst further bedrooms have use of a large family bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and separate bath. Finished to a very high standard bathrooms have his and hers hand basins and are finished using local Spanish products and marbles.
All La Colina homes are air-conditioned making a stay here during the hotter summer months as comfortable as you can imagine. There is room for parking at the front of your apartment should you be considering hiring a car in which to explore the local surroundings. We strongly recommend hiring a car during your stay, not only will it make it easier for you to get around the resort but you can drive to some of the many local attractions and places of interest which are begging to be explored.
All La Colina apartments are situated around an intimate community pool with children’s safe paddling area. Fringed by mature palms and well stocked borders this area is for exclusive use of La Colina guests making the perfect area to relax in the sunshine during a stay. These facilities also make La Colina appealing to families and groups with younger children.
La Colina is within easy walking distance of the Bellaluz community, here you will find shops, bars and a choice of several excellent La Manga Restaurants. The Tennis academy is also a short walk away and can be reached in just four minutes. La Colina is the perfect destination for a relaxing break at La Manga Club with great access to the sporting facilities and resort amenities. |
