Luxury, spacious, 3 bedroom Los Naranjos Villa with large, private, heated swimming pool in great position. Los Naranjos is a relatively new, small community of villas with private swimming pools at La Manga Club. Its location means you do not have to rent a car whilst staying at La Manga Club which can make a holiday extremely convenient. Set in a very central, private, cul de sac, this villa is found just a short walk from the tennis centre, resort pool, restaurants, shops, the five star resort hotel and most of the activities available at the Club, making it perfect for families with children.
Bedroom accommodation includes 3 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has twin beds, sofa, remote control satellite television with dvd and video, built in wardrobes & large en-suite. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, remote control television, built in wardrobes & sun terrace. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and built in wardrobes. The two large, fully tiled bathrooms (one en suite) each offer bath, twin basins set in local marble, large walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and shaver point. Soap and towels are provided. A hair drier is also provided.
The open plan living accommodation includes a seating area, recently furnished to a high standard with lcd satellite television with DVD and CD player and wi fi. This room extends to include a mini-library with a good selection of books and board games, ideal for families with children and next to this is the dining area overlooking the garden. The kitchen is located off the entrance hall and is a very well equipped and stocked modern kitchen with granite work surfaces. A tumble drier is available externally and a breakfast terrace is located immediately outside.
Externally the property has a number of sun terraces - these surround the property, great for the sun lover seeking maximum holiday sun. The large, private pool terrace to one side of the property is fully walled and gated, thus making it ideal for families with young children, seeking that extra pool safety. All terraces are stocked with tables and chairs and a gas BBQ is also provided. A fully retractable sun awning can be extended to provide shade on the garden terrace and individual sun umbrellas are also provided. There is also a first floor sun terrace and a solarium at the top of the property with panoramic views of the club.
Parking for two cars is provided on the gated drive, under a roofed carport. |
