The open plan living/dining room is well furnished. with air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD/CD player, and central heating, making it ideal for year round breaks. The separate kitchen is modern and equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine. There is also a shower room on the ground floor.
From the lounge, patio doors lead to the terrace and garden. The terrace has a barbeque and outdoor dining facilities. There is a private pool - ideal for cooling off - which is fenced off from the rest of the garden.
The bedrooms are on the first floor and both have air conditioning. The master bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, ceiling fan and an en-suite shower room. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower room. A door leads to an additional terrace with views to the golf driving range.
