The Private 2 bedroom villa begins with the front door; as it leads you into a hallway from where all other rooms are accessed. Double doors lead to the open plan lounge/dining room with a double height ceiling. The air conditioned living room is well furnished and complete with TV, DVD, and hi-fi. Patio doors lead to the terrace with pergola with barbeque, table and chairs, and then to the garden with private fenced pool.
The separate kitchen is off the hallway and is fully equipped with oven, hob and extractor, microwave, dish washer, washing machine, and fridge freezer.
The master bedroom is at the rear of the property and has 2 single beds which can be made into a double if preferred, a safe, and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and use of a separate full bathroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
At the front door there is an external covered staircase which leads to the rooftop solarium where you can relax in the sun.
The air conditioned master bedroom is on the 1st floor, and has a double bed and an en-suite full bathroom. Patio doors lead to the large sun terrace with great views over the golf course. The accommodation offers the following benefits:
