From the front door there is a small entrance area, then descend 2 steps into the open plan lounge/dining room. this air conditioned room is well furnished and complete with TV, DVD and hi-fi. French doors lead to a partly covered large terrace area with table, chairs and barbeque.
Once outside you have access to the large pool, terrace and the large planted and gravelled garden with excellent views.
Back indoors, the open plan kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with oven, hob and extractor, microwave, dish washer, washing machine and fridge freezer.
There are 2 air conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. One bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom, whilst the other has use of the separate shower room.
On the 1st floor there are 2 more bedrooms, both with air conditioning. The master bedroom has twin beds and en-suite full bathroom. French doors give access to a Juliet balcony with views. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and use of the separate shower room. French doors lead to a small terrace.
