Enter the property into the open plan air conditioned lounge/dining room which is well furnished and complete with TV, DVD and CD player. Patio doors lead to a covered terrace with table, chairs and barbeque, and from there to the garden. The large plot is laid to gravel and planted and has its own pool, with views to the golf course.
The galley style kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with washing machine, dish washer, oven, hob and extractor, microwave and fridge freezer. Patio doors lead out to the terrace.
The three bedrooms are all air conditioned and are down the hall from the lounge. The master bedroom has a double bed, a safe, and an ensuite shower room. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have twin beds and share use of the separate full bathroom.
