On entering the door there is a private courtyard with water feature. From here, go through the front door into the air conditioned lounge/dining room, which are separated by a central fireplace. The lounge is well furnished and complete with TV and DVD player. Patio doors lead to the covered terrace with table and chairs, garden with built in barbeque, and pool. From here there are lovely views to the countryside beyond.
The kitchen is off the dining room, and is well equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine. A door leads from the kitchen to the garden.
Two bedrooms are on the ground floor. Both are air conditioned, have twin beds, and share use of the separate full bathroom. Upstairs is the air conditioned master bedroom, with a double bed and en-suite shower room. Patio doors lead to a private terrace.
