Enter the property into the entrance hall. Down 2 steps you will access the lounge/dining room. This air conditioned room is well furnished and complete with TV, DVD and hi-fi. Patio doors lead to the covered terrace with table, chairs and barbeque.
The fenced garden is planted and laid to gravel with a tiled terrace area. A gate leads to the community pool which is down some steps to the rear of the property.
The American style kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with oven, hob and extractor, washing machine, dish washer, microwave and fridge freezer. A door leads from the kitchen to the terrace.
Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Both are air conditioned. One has 2 single beds and an en-suite full bathroom. The second also has 2 single beds, and use of the separate shower room with walk-in shower.
Take the staircase to the upper floor where a mezzanine style landing gives access to a small terrace with views to the community pool. The master bedroom is air conditioned and has a double bed, safe, and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower.
