The entrance to the property gives access to a hallway, which leads through into the spacious air conditioned dining room with adjoining living room. From the dining room, there is a breakfast bar through to the modern kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer. From the dining room, doors lead out to the terrace area which has a barbeque and outdoor dining facilities. From here you have great views over the resort and to the Mar Menor beyond.
The living room has a high ceiling which gives a very light and airy feel to the room. There is a fireplace and you can relax whilst watching the satellite TV or a DVD. Doors lead from the living room to the outside terrace. From the terrace, stairs lead up to the private solarium from where you have exceptional views, or stairs go down to the small gravelled garden area. There is also an additional cloakroom facility on the ground floor.
From the hallway, stairs lead down to the 4 air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite full bathroom with additional walk-in shower and twin wash basins. Patio doors lead out to the garden area. Bedrooms 2 & 3 both have twin beds and share use of the additional full bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom, and patio doors leading out to the garden. |
