High on the hillside is the community of Monte Verde with the most spectacular panoramic views of the resort, the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea. This new luxury detached villa benefits from its own pool, although guests may also choose to use one of the 2 outdoor or 1 indoor community pools. The property is in pristine condition throughout and offers spacious accommodation for families or friends. Wireless internet connection is available at an additional cost of 50 euros per week, payable locally.
The entrance to the property gives access to a hallway, which leads through into the spacious air conditioned dining room with adjoining living room. From the dining room, there is a breakfast bar through to the modern kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer, coffee machine and an additional bottle fridge. From the dining room, doors lead out to the terrace area which has a barbeque and outdoor dining facilities. From here you have great views over the resort and to the Mar Menor beyond.
The living room has a high ceiling which gives a very light and airy feel to the room. There is a fireplace and you can relax whilst watching the satellite TV or a DVD. Doors lead from the living room to the outside terrace. From the terrace, stairs lead up to the private solarium from where you have exceptional views, or stairs go down to the private pool area. There is also an additional cloakroom facility on the ground floor, which houses the washer/dryer.
From the hallway, stairs lead down to the 4 air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a safe, and an en-suite full bathroom with an oversized bath, an additional walk-in shower and twin wash basins. Patio doors lead out to the private pool. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds which can be made into a double if preferred, an en-suite shower room, and patio doors leading out to the pool. Bedrooms 3 & 4 both have twin beds and share use of the additional shower room. All bedrooms have a portable TV. |
