El Coto del Golf is an exclusive and very private and peaceful community located at the southern tip of the resort. This property is a newly built modern semi-detached villa with 3 double bedroom - all bedrooms have en-suite bathroom - with unrivalled views over the La Manga Club North golf course. It has full air conditioning throughout and a private pool on a large terrace, overlooking the golf course.
From the quiet road, there is easy access to the ground floor of the property into a hallway where there is a cloakroom facility. There is a bedroom with twin beds and en-suite shower room. The spacious living/dining room has a fireplace, satellite TV and a DVD/CD player. French doors open to the terrace with private pool and views to the golf course. The American kitchen is bright and modern and fully equipped with dish washer, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor and fridge freezer.
Upstairs on the first floor are the two additional bedrooms. The large master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite full bathroom with twin wash basins. French doors lead out to a balcony with exceptional views over the golf course. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower room with a very large walk-in shower. |
