This property has 4 bedrooms amd 3 bathrooms and offers spacious luxury accommodation with a large private heated swimming pool. The well established garden is enclosed by hedges, giving the pool area a great deal of privacy. From the upper terrace there are good views over the South golf course and to the surrounding mountains.
On the ground floor we have the kitchen, which is fully euipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor fan, and coffee machine. A door leads to the garden and terrace. The separate dining room is air conditioned and has patio doors leading to the garden.
The air conditioned lounge is furnished in a modern style and has satellite TV, video and DVD/CD player and ceiling fan. Patio doors lead to the terrace which has outdoor dining facilities. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and is air conditioned and has 2 single beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, and has an en-suie shower room with twin wash basins. Patio doors lead out to the terrace/pool area.
The 1st floor houses the master bedroom which has 2 single beds which can be made into a double if preferred, and is air conditioned and has an en-suite shower room with twin wash basins. Bedrooms 3 & 4 have twin beds and share use of the additional full bathroom. Patio doors lead from the master bedroom to a terrace area with great views, and from there is an external staircase down to the garden. The garden has a lawned area, and some natural shade. |
