This detached house has been individually designed and provides great accommodation for families or groups of friends. The property is well furnished and is over 2 levels. It has its own private pool set in a beautiful spacious garden, which is ideal for children. The rear of the property faces South East.
Enter the property into a hallway. Up 2 steps is the spacious air conditioned open plan lounge and dining room, which is well furnished and complete with TV, DVD, hi-fi and telephone. Patio doors lead to a terrace with built-in barbeque and outdoor dining facilities. From the hallway the kitchen is also on the ground floor. It is newly refurbished and fully fitted, and well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine. There is a large island area suitable for dining. A door leads to the terrace.
Downstairs we have a utility room with washing machine, and the 4 air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and ceiling fan, and an en-suite full bathroom with walk-in shower. Patio doors lead to the lower terrace area, private pool and well established garden with large lawn, planted with flowers and olive trees.
The 2nd bedroom also has a double bed and en-suite shower room. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms both have twin beds and use of the additional separate full bathroom with walk-in shower. A door leads out to the terrace area.
An external staircase leads to the rooftop solarium with views of the private garden and pool. |
