This detached house is very well presented and provides great accommodation for families or groups of friends. The property is well furnished and is over 2 levels, and is air conditioned throughout. It has its own private pool and garden area.
Enter the property into the hallway and up nine steps is the spacious air conditioned open plan lounge and dining room, with high beamed ceiling and ceiling fan. It is very well furnished and complete with TV, DVD/CD player, video player, and telephone. Patio doors lead to a terrace with built in barbeque and table and chairs, and from here are steps down to the pool area. The kitchen is next to the dining room and is fully fitted, and well equipped with dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer. A door leads to the rear of the property.
One bedroom is on the ground floor, with 2 single beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, and an en-suite shower room with twin wash basins. A door leads from the bedroom to the terrace, where there are steps down to the pool area. There is also a cloakroom facility on this floor.
From the hallway steps lead to the 3 additional bedrooms. The master bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred and a ceiling fan. There is an en-suite full bathroom with additional walk-in shower and twin wash basins. Patio doors lead to the terrace, private pool and garden area.
The 3rd & 4th bedrooms both have twin beds and ceiling fans, and share use of the additional shower room with twin wash basins. Doors lead out to the terrace area from both bedrooms. |
