The property is in pristine condition throughout and fully air conditioned. It offers spacious accommodation for families or friends. The terrace of the property faces South East. Wireless internet connection is available at an additional cost of 50 euros per week, payable locally.
Enter the property into the hallway, with a cloakroom facility. The spacious open plan lounge/dining room is tastefully furnished and complete with TV, DVD, CD/hi-fi and telephone. Patio doors from the lounge and also the dining area lead out to the terrace with fabulous views across the resort to the Mar Menor. The terrace has table, chairs and barbeque. Steps lead from this terrace to the rooftop solarium.
The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge/freezer, and table and chairs.
Downstairs we have the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, safe, and an en-suite full bathroom with additional walk-in shower and twin wash basins. Patio doors lead to a Juliet style balcony, with views over the private pool and beyond.
The second bedroom has a double bed and patio doors lead to a terrace with table and chairs, from where steps lead down to the private pool and Jacuzzi. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and a TV and DVD. The second and third bedrooms share use of the separate full bathroom with twin wash |
