This luxury villa provides an ideal holiday location. This property has is backed by a wooded hillside, making the pool area to the rear of the property very private. Internally the house is spacious and beautifully furnished. It is ideal for large families or a group of friends. Wireless internet connection is available at an additional cost of 50 euros per week, payable locally.
The kitchen is on the ground floor and is fully equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor fan and coffee machine. The kitchen is air conditioned and has a breakfast bar. Doors lead to the terrace area.
The air conditioned lounge/dining room has a double height ceiling which gives a very light and airy feel. It is well furnished and complete with satellite TV, DVD player, hi-fi and telephone. Patio doors lead to the terrace and pool area. The terrace has a barbeque and outdoor dining facilities. There is also an additional cloakroom facility on the ground floor.
Also on the ground floor are the 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The master bedroom is en-suite with a shower room and has 2 single beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred. Bedrooms 2 & 3 both have twin beds, and share use of the additional full bathroom, also on the ground floor. |
