The revised Pro Academy has been improved and drills redesigned to increase speed of development and players will see positive changes in their fitness levels as this too has been finely tuned. The Pro Academy is designed for players with an advanced standard, who want to improve their technical, tactical and physical level in a 25-hour weekly training programme on clay.

Tennis La Manga The programme is split into two sessions. In both sessions the ratios never exceed 4 players per court. One 2 hour session from 08:00 - 10:00 (08:00 - 09:00 1:4 pro/player ratio, 09:00 - 10:00 1:8 pro/player ratio. This is followed by a more intensive 3-hour session (1:4 pro/player ratio) from 16:00 - 19:00 in the afternoon incorporating a comprehensive fitness programme. Players can choose to take part in the full programme or the afternoon session only.

The Pro Academy is split into 3 age groups; 10 - 12 yrs, 13 - 15 yrs and 16 - 19 yrs. There is a minimum standard of play for players participating in the Pro Academy. Players must be regular tournament players who play and receive coaching throughout the year.

16:00 – 18:00 Mental Toughness Session Mental toughness session with very intensive drilling.Working up to & at the net. Introduction to angles
