Having stayed in this particular twice before I can highly recommend it as good value for money when you consider other large villas at La Manga Club. It is in a great location within the Las Brisas villas and is very large and spacious in every area and has a good homely feel about it. The pool is a great size for a large group or 2 or 3 small families sharing and a real plus was that we did not have to take pool towels with us for this villa which was a huge help with the mean luggage allowance we got from the airline.
The people who look after the villa at La Manga Club are meticulous and we have found it be to be spotlessly clean on arrival on both occasions. You can walk to all of the amenities and after we did our initial large shop we used the Bellaluz supermarket mostly as it was a little closer.
The tennis centre is a 10 minute walk away which was useful as the children were playing tennis each morning and we hired a tennis court some of the afternoons for an hour. They have taken part in the tennis school now on both visits and they absolutely love it. The coaches make it fun and it is an excellent way for them to make friends and to learn the game. Naturally they can not wait to go back.

The windmills of Los Molinos give the white washed villas a really nice feel and we enjoyed our time around the large pool which also has a kiddies pool and snack bar, the only one of its kind apparently at La Manga Club. The villas are spread out amongst the pretty gardens and it does not matter too much where you are as the pool is walkable within minutes. Some villas have a number of steps to access them and some are more on the flat.
The villas are of a good size and have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. The terrace off of the lounge has a built in BBQ which we used most days.
I have to say that the spa building is quite wonderful, with super facilities and quite stunning views out across La Manga Club. The treatments are quite expensive but a massage or facial will also allow you to use all the facilities, gym and pool. Make sure you take a look and treat yourself during your stay.

Many thanks for your review.
Los Molinos is a great choice for families at La Manga Club and we could not agree more with your comments regarding the spa.
The facilities are top class and prices are in line with a quality spa anywhere in the world. There are often some offers on so definitely enquire during your stay.
We spent our holiday sharing with our close friends in a four bedroom El Rancho villa at La Manga Club. We have children of the same ages who get on well and to save a little on cost we decided to rent a larger villa rather than two small ones.
It worked really well as there was plenty of space and enough bathrooms that we could manage fine. The main dining area and seating inside was fine for breakfast and we did spend a lot of time using the outside dining area and terrace as we used the built in BBQ a lot. The supermarkets sell some great BBQ packs.
We lost the men to the golf courses on a couple of days and headed off on others to the local Mar Menor beach as its great for paddling and getting out the buckets and spades. Lots of places there to grab coffee or lunch. Most of the time we stayed around the pool that was the nearest to our villa although you can use any that are part of El Rancho.
We have rebooked again this year and secured our 5% discount, counting the days.

We very much appreciate your review.
We find many clients try this option of sharing and almost certainly it works well for most people. The villas are spacious enough and can accommodate two families with ease. Sounds like a good idea that you have your own babysitters installed too allowing a few nights out on your own perhaps.
We were not at all bothered about having to hire a car and accepted that we might have to drive to various places during our holiday. We wanted peace and quiet more than central convenience so we opted for the El Coto property with its private pool. The standard was very good indeed and the views out across the pool and garden were great.
We had to call the on site manager once during our stay for a minor issue with the TV and she was very receptive and helpful.
We particularly liked to eat in Canelas, which is deep inside the lemon trees, and you will need a car to get there.

Thank you for submitting your review.
Canelas is one of our favourite places to eat and we go throughout the year.
We hope you will return to La Manga Club sometime very soon.
Nothing is high rise at La Manga Club and the Las Palmeras apartments are just two storeys and all on one level inside with good access and parking. We were delighted with our apartment and it was a good home from home for our weeks stay. The Las Palmeras pool area is just a minute away and is great for the amount of apartments there.
We could walk everywhere and we were only a 5 minute walk to the tennis centre and the communal swimming pool which anyone can use.
Our children were very keen to join in the tennis courses that run all the time so we enrolled them before we arrived as we were advised to do so by our agent. It is definitely worth prebooking otherwise it is possible they will be full in the popular school holiday weeks. They really enjoyed themselves, had fun, made lots of friends and had a good introduction to the game of tennis. The coaches were very professional and very used to dealing with boisterous youngsters.
We look forward to returning later this year and have selected Las Palmeras again for our stay.

We look forward to welcoming you back to La Manga Club very soon.
The tennis centre at La Manga Club is considered the best in Europe, facilities and staff are second to none.
Las Palmeras is one of the best choices in respect of location to the tennis centre and is always popular with our guests.
We hope you enjoy your return visit and please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any further assistance.
We were recommended to stay in the Monte Verde apartments by friends who knew that we did not like being in the centre of things and preferred the quieter areas.
It was a good recommendation as the quality of the apartments are equal to Los Olivos but the community is generally quieter due to it being on the outskirts of La Manga Club. We had a three bedroom apartment which had two bathrooms and the views were fabulous from our generous terrace.
We also had the use of an indoor heated pool plus the outdoor one but that was a little chilly given the time of year and not really comfortable to use.
Despite being on the outskirts we could walk to our tennis lessons in ten plus minutes and the supermarket in Bellaluz square was also walkable so we hardly used the hire car. I suppose in general a car is useful if you stay at Monte Verde, just depends on how energetic you are.
We would like to return and next time plan to take part in the five day tennis course.

Thank you for your review, all feedback is important to us.
Monte Verde apartments and the Los Olivos apartments are the only ones with an indoor heated pool facility and therefore they are very popular with guests all year round.
A car is not essential at La Manga Club but recommended when you are a little more on the outskirts plus airport transfers are just not cost effective from Alicante airport so always opt for a hire car.
Hope to welcome you back to the tennis academy, which operates all year round very soon.
Having read so much about the Los Olivos properties at La Manga Club I was tempted to book one for a change and as it was a special birthday to treat myself to a top floor penthouse apartment.
I was really pleased when I arrived to discover that it was as spacious as described and the views fabulous, as promised. You get great views from all of the apartments but I did enjoy being on the top floor because we had two terraces, front and back, so you will get the sun all day long.
The tennis courts are just a stones throw away and you can walk to either of the supermarkets with ease.
Only negative I would say is that they are not suitable for those with young children. The stairs up to the apartment and the stairs inside to the second terrace would not be good to have to contend with. Definitely opt for a ground or middle floor if you have little ones.

We hope you enjoyed your birthday at La Manga Club.
Hope to see you again in the not too distant future.
Last summer we booked a three bedroom villa at La Manga Club in the area they call El Rancho. I must be honest and say that I had not realised that the design can vary with these villas but when we arrived I was pleasantly surprised how it suited us down to the ground.
The main living area was as you would expect with kitchen and dining area, lounge with terrace off of it and it had two of the bedrooms downstairs.
As you looked at the front of the villa there was a staircase at the side which lead up to a further terrace and door which was the sole entrance to the third bedroom and bathroom.
My sixteen year old daughter and friend were delighted to grab this bedroom so they could be independent and private away from the rest of us. It worked perfectly as they could come and go and they liked. Perfect also for those travelling with parents too I suppose as they could also have some privacy away from everyone. I really liked the villa generally as we were no more than two minutes from a swimming pool. The gardens also really nice and very well looked after.
We have re-booked again for this and are really looking forward to our return trip to La Manga Club and the El Rancho villa.

We really appreciate your feedback and input regarding the El Rancho development.
It has been very popular with our clients for many years as the setting and pool lay out are great.
The windmills of Los Molinos give this community of white wash Spanish villas a very pretty appearance and they have a great home from home feel about them.
We have chosen to stay in Los Molinos on our last three trips and our children love the pool area and poolside snack bar. We would recommend you check the location of your villa if you have young or elderly in your family as some have steep steps to get to the villa. Of course these ones have the best views from there terraces and you should not dismiss them just bear it in mind if you have buggy etc to contend with.
We have just booked for next year and got our repeat client discount. Don't miss out! - read more

Los Molinos is a great favourite with our guests and an excellent choice for those with families.
Have just spent a few weeks in the Spanish autumn sunshine which has no doubt set us up for the winter here.
We wanted to be in a good spot so we could walk to most places and the Golf Bungalows fitted the bill.
We were pleased to see that most of the restaurants and cafes remain open during the quieter months so we could eat out when we wanted but we also catered for ourselves as the supermarkets always remain open and are well stocked.
The beautiful blue skies and very pleasant temperatures make this resort a great getaway for some autumn sun. One of the benefits of staying in a Golf Bungalow are the fabulous views of the golf course which are right on your doorstep.
Consider this great resort at any time of the year when you next decide to go away, you won't be disappointed. - read more
Many thanks for your feedback.
There is no doubt that the Golf Bungalows are in a great location and beautiful setting overlooking the South golf course.
Always popular with our clients, golfers or just those who want the bungalow design and tranquil location, the number of repeat bookings is quite amazing.
